  • We strive to get your jewellery delivered on time. However, if there are any unforeseen delays, we will keep you posted.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.

If your order contains silver jewellery along with gold jewellery, the package may be split: the silver jewellery will be shipped first, while gold items follow once ready.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹ 999.

For orders below ₹ 999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

You can use this tracking information to check the shipment status with the courier partner.

Partial Deliveries

In the case of split shipments (e.g. when silver and gold items are in the same order), parts of your order may arrive separately.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for 925 Silver Jewellery.

Gold jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery.

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected in our warehouse.

Original shipping charges (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable.

If return shipments are missing any claimed items, Avani reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing items from your refund. This includes promotional items, free gifts, or silver coins.

Exchange & Replacement

You may request an exchange or replacement for 925 silver jewellery within the same 15-day window.

A replacement will only be shipped after the original item is picked up or received at our warehouse.

Return Process

Initiate your return request via the Avani website/app or contact Customer Support.

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled. Please remain available and answer courier calls to avoid cancellation.

In case of non-serviceable PIN codes, you may need to ship the item back yourself (e.g. via India Post). We will reimburse up to ₹ 70 for return shipping. If costs exceed ₹ 70, the extra amount will be deducted from your refund.

Missing or Tampered Packages

If you receive a parcel that is empty or has missing products, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

A 360° unpacking video is mandatory to support such claims.

Insufficient evidence or tampered packaging may result in the claim being rejected.
